html play() in desktop / mobile

Hello,

Currently i have this part of code in my script

var announcementplayer = document.getElementById("announcement");
announcementplayer.src = upload/annoucement.mp3;
announcementplayer.play();

When im using desktop chrome browser it plays the file.
But using mobile samsung internet or chrome browser, it wont play. I google out and find that the browser must detect there is user interaction like using jquery detect click function, only then the file starts playing.

Just wanted to double confirm is it true must have user interaction ? and is there anyway we can bypass this restriction of user interaction in mobile browser?

visual basic - Unable to cast COM Object

Greetings everyone,
Previously I tried to run a program which read excel files and insert into mysql DB. I can run the program every time but then the other day my laptop suddenly turn off, and now my program unable to run the program.

excelApp = New Excel.Application
excelBooks = excelApp.Workbooks
excelBook = excelBooks.Open(myFile.FileName)
excelSheet = excelBook.Worksheets(1) -------> this line throw error message

The error message is :
"Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Worksheets'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000208B1-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002(E_NOINTERFACE)). "

The methods I have tried is
-repair MS office
-uninstall VB and reinstall VB
-run this program on another laptop, but don't have this error message.

Im using Windows XP SP3, VB 2010 Express, object reference is microsoft excel 14.0 Object Library. Using MS excel 2010.

Is it because that my object library is corrupted? Any advise will be highly appreciated....
