hi all....

i would like to ask your opinion in regards to these condos...in wangsa maju area

which of these condo is good in the sense of :

- near to TAR
- near to LRT
- near to Bus RapidKL
- near to amenities
- affordable
- no lousy management ( very important )
- place still looks ok ( no black2 patch on the building )

hope you guys can shed some light for a blur guy for me for the following condo :

- setapak ria condo
- genting court
- prima setapak I
- sri pelangi

hi all,

just thought of asking you all about your opinions in buying landed property that are completed but dont have any master title come out yet. again, this might be due to the fact that the company have financial problem.

do you think, is it a good idea to buy property from such developer ? example projects by Talam (could be more out there, but Talam is the most famous ones). Would there be any complication in future if buying the landed property that dont have master title yet ?

I know there's another thread that discuss about OnG career, but it seems that they dont specify the salary range for a particular company. I know it's very subjective, and they are different factors involved. However, is there any way that anyone can say roughly on how good are the salary and benefits possible to offer for jobs in IT ?
