Gigabyte a55-ds2 with Asus HD 6770 GPU

Hello guys. Im currently using a pc with a GA a55m-ds2(picture here) motherboard in it. It is very small. The problem with it is it doesnt have a graphics card in it. Im thinking of getting one soon but i encountered a small problem.

the problem is because of the small board and how big the graphic card can get these days the sata slot will be blocked thus i cant plug and link my HDD in it. I found this out when i plugged in my palit hd 4850 sonic edition in it. The heat sink is in the way of all 4 sata slots thus i cant plug the sata cable in it.

I went online and searched around and i have a 2 choices of GPU in my list, which is:

Asus HD6770 1gb ddr5 128bit
GIGABYTE 6750 oc 1gb ddr5 128bit

I do know that the GIGABYTE 6750 oc could fit. But what about the Asus HD6770?

Anyone here have any ideas?

And between the two which is the better card? since one is OC'ed.
