New job offer

I got an offer for a job that I applied in banking industry.
New company able to meet my expected salary and I thought it's the basic salary.
However, I found out that they met my expected salary by offering basic + transport allowance.
My concern is if I were going to change a new job in the future, will the new company look at the basic salary or total payout to determine the salary?
Please advise
