Car no power after replace 4 new tires

Hi all sifu,

May i know do you all experience before your car feels under power after replace all 4 new tires?
Recently i change my car all 4 new tires but after that my car feels under power and with old tires Rm50 petrol can go up to 380KM but now only can go about 300KM after replace 4 new tires. I tried to google online for an answer but couldn't find one. Appreciate any advice what's wrong ? thank you.

Dell Inspiron 5559 LCD Display Problem

Just bought a brand new Dell Inspiron less than 2 weeks and now the LCD Screen seems broken and i never drop that laptop. Any one can recommend a good shop or contact to repair the LCD Screen ? Is a Dell Inspiron 5559 15.6inch laptop.
Really have a problem on this Dell brand product not reliable at all. 1st problem detect one week after purchase one of the USB port is not functioning well some times can detect and some times cannot.
This morning when i on my laptop find out the LCD Screen is not functioning didn't display anything beside some dark shadow. Called Dell service centre the operator told me the LCD Screen is not under warranty...
Much appreciate if some one can recommend a reliable repairing centre for me to solved this problem as i lose hope on Dell to claim warranty on this Laptop.
