Create Excel Chart with VB.NET

As topic, I'm trying to create a chart programmatically. I have no idea how to code the axis type from "automatically select based on data" to "Text type".

Can anyone enlighten me please?

Btw, I used the following codes to format the axis:

Hello everyone! I just got myself a new line, 1M package, sharing with 3 housemates.

When I connect my pc direct to the modem, surfing speed is smooth and everything is good. Until I connect to the router, Internet very cacat liao. Even a simple web pages like google and LYN, sometimes it will load, sometimes can't be loaded. Refresh again, then ok. Few seconds later, page can't load and vice versa.

I suspect that problem caused by my router? The cable connecting modem and router, I connect with one of the 4 Ethernet ports. This is because whenever i try connect with the Internet port, every PC failed to connect to Internet. Why is this happening?

Btw, normally we configure the modem not router? I had seek for my friends' helps but things like this keep happening and I don't know how to deal with it.

Hope sifus can help me to overcome these problems.
