mobo: ASUS M5A97
ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X 1.35v 8GB (4+4)
OS: windows 7 64bit
processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE

need some serious help..
it won't boot up..
i have tried googled and it seems that nothing works.
it keep on beeping and the dram led keep flashing..
memOK doesn't work
any suggestions?
