Help! Someone used my email

Hello /k. I'm going to deactivate my current Facebook account and start from scratch using new email address.

However, I couldn't complete my registration process because someone, a male, already used the email. His Facebook name & the email isn't matched though.

Obviously, he never create the email, no access to it and never confirm the activation link.

So I decided to reset his Facebook password via email, removed the email (I got his phone number too) and replaced with another email & password that I created as a substitution.

Thanks God, I managed to complete the registration using the same email on desired account.

Mind you, whenever he try to login using that email, my Facebook profile will pop-up and he will know who's the culprot. This will cause another issue.

What should I do?

Software on Windows 7 and Windows 8 Dual-Boot?

Hello. Im seting up a dual-boot Windows 7 and Windows 8 on different partition and about to allocate partition size.

I dont understand the software configuration. Do I have to install software on both partition/Windows so that it can be accessed on both Windows?

P/S: Disk space is crucial here

Timeline
Conversation has taken place @ Steam Chat & Lowyat PM

Early April - [LYN] The user post @ the thread stating that he's selling Rayman Origins cheaper at RM 60 whereas Steam retail price @ $29.99 (RM RM96). The game is a new releases and thus caught my attention at the price.

10/4/2012 - [LYN] PM'ed him. I said I want to see the game first if he has (which in his steam ID inventory), he insisted. Told me that it was with his friend aka game supplier. He told me that once I paid, his friend will pass him the game and then he will trade/give me. After discussing payment method & negotiating price to RM 55, every detail was confirmed then.

A week later - Bank in the exact amount. SMS to inform him. No reply though.
*I lost the bank receipt. Digged my stuff & didnt found it. So cannot confirm the exact payment date.

That night - [Steam] He was online. Decided to chat with him & I was told that I have to wait first since his friend is not online yet.

Few days later - [Steam] Asked him when will I receive the game & was give the same reason.

3 weeks later - [Steam] That's it. I couldnt wait any longer and he offered me a refund. I agreed but my bank account was not set up yet.

5 days later - [LYN] PM'ed him because Ive opened bank account & sent him my bank detail to be refunded.

End of May - [Steam] This game (Rayman Origins) was on sale 50% off @ $14.99 (RM 48) on Steam. All of sudden he chatted with me after a long silence saying that he has the game & ready to give it to me.

But I rejected because:
-Deal have been made which is refund
-Suddenly ready to pass the game (implying he going to buy the game during that sale), for sure he will gain profit. Logically math : RM 55 - RM 48 = RM 7 of profit. So, Ive overpaid. Better I buy it myself.
-BTW, the game was not in his inventory when he said so. It means he didnt buy it yet.

Chat continue, give me excuses. He said didnt notice that I've PM him my bank detail (his brother read it bla bla) whereas we already made the deal for refund @ steam chat. Pretend that he forget about it? Another reason, he said my status was always Away @ Steam. WTH! I've been online + playing games for 80++ hours for the past that 2 weeks (based on steam statistic).

12/6/2012 - [LYN] Reminded him about this matter. He said trying to sell it of.

21/7/2012 - [LYN] Asked him again about it. I've been ignored. Decided not to think about this, gave me headache.

*I've been drafting about this since May 2012 & just found the right conduit & decided to post here.
*I trusted him because he do regularly post at Steam thread @ Gamers Hideout section. People over there selling, buying, trading game each other, everything went smooth. So I thought its going to be the same.
*In the end, I've lost RM 55 in return of nothing.

Review (Head-fi.org):
Build – Housing is great – small, metal and light weight. Straight relief off it is not flexible which seems non-sensical but the 3.5mm jack has a proper. The cable is stiff and noisy but with a very solid Y splitter. Significant driver flex was noted during insertion with all tips which affects the volume until it’s seated perfectly.

Comfort – Just stick them in the ear and you’re good to go. Isolation is good.

Soundstage – Good width but feels compressed height and depth wise.

Lows – The CK-700 is on the bassy side but not overly so. The low end is well composed by managing to hit deep and hard. Should be satisfying for most.

Mids – The mids are situated at a good distance but because of the highs, notes are sharp… sharp to the point where the sound becomes thin. Clarity was good.

Highs – Very treble happy these are. Mixed feelings here as the midrange tends to sound livelier but it also renders some tracks harsh.
