Hi everyone,

I wanted to have an estimation cost of innovation cost for my condominium.

Condo size: 850 sqft (2+1 rooms)
Things included: 2 airconds, 2 heater

Budget: 30k

Things wanted to have (excluding electrical appliances):
1. Built-in wardrobe (at least 5ft in width, full height)
2. Built-in kitchen cabinet (at least 8ft in width)
3. Tatami bedframe with storage and table which can fit 2 person
4. TV cabinet (can either built-in or on the floor)
4. Plaster ceiling on Living Room
5. Light colour painting
6. Wiring works (light point, fan point and plug point)

It's good if someone possibly breakdown the estimation cost for each.
