I hope I can get some help here. <br />There&#39;s a pile of huge rubbish at the side kerb right next to my house. This is definitely a contribution from the people staying at this neighbourhood. The pile of rubbish is getting huge and is a potential mosquito breeding ground. <br /><br />Does anyone here know which are the authorities that I should contact to clear the rubbish?
