Dota Paradise Online Open Tournament is now open for registration until August 31. Registration is free and we will be giving away RM600 in cash prizes. Visit www.dotaparadise.com for more information. Gather your team today and drop an application on the forum.

The main purpose of this tournament is to promote www.dotaparadise.com, bring back old players, revive Malaysia's dota community as well as to have fun. We need at least 20 registered teams for the tournament to happen so spread the word and like our facebook page so we can keep you updated with the latest happenings.

Warcraft 3: Best Anti Mage Build

Personally, I think Magina should be all firepower and no defense. Some people might think there is no harm in getting a little health or a bkb but unless your enemy is dominating your team hard, sacrificing offensive for defensive on AM is a very bad idea.

When it comes to Magina, all you need is a combination of attackspeed, attackspeed and attackspeed. Mana burn is your best offensive and defensive skill. If built right, AM could be considered one of the best hero in the game. You might have your own build but this is my favorite build in dota, simply because it's op and fun.

Starting item: Queiliing Blade + Tango x2 + GG Branches
CS as hard as possible at the beginning, get RoH asap. Work on power treads and void stone afterwards. If you have decent farm, forget power treads and finish battle fury. Once you have BF, creeping should be easy. Orb of Venom is also amazing on AM.

The next item is situational, if you are desperate, get hyperstone. If you think you can farm or have gold, get yasha then manta.
The following item is also situational, if you are still desperate, get another hyperstone. Otherwise work on basher/butterfly.

The final build should be as such: Power Treads, Battle Fury, Manta, Butterfly, Basher, hyperstone / Assult Cuirass.

This is not an easy build and it takes practice to get good at it. You will need to learn to time your initiation, dodge spells, pick on weak heroes and most importantly, Smack! Warcraft 3: Jungle masters

So, why jungle instead of taking a lane?

Pros:
Two solo lanes, more experience.
Less chance of dying or getting ganked.
Less competition for cs, more gold for team.
If "pulling", can decrease enemy's experience/money gain.
A decent "jungler" can level and obtain more gold than regular "laners".

Cons:
Solo needs to know how to lane control or he/she will start feeding.
Your team will not be able to keep pressure up.
Your team might be at a disadvantage in team fights if "jungler" attempts to rice all game.

Strategy:
-Creeps spawns at 0.30 minutes and respawns every (X.00) minute.
-For Lycan and Furion, summon wolves and trees at 0.00 minute point at fountain and start walking to jungle. That way you save mana, cooldown and you should be able to make it to creeps camp at 0.30 minute.
-Always start from small camps, try to "pull" for your lane if camp is on cd, that way you'll help your team and conserve on hp. Attempt medium camps if you think you are capable.
-Keep an eye on the timer, when timer hits (X.55), start pulling creeps away from their camp so than the next wave of creeps can spawn on the camp. More creeps=more exp and gold

Item Build = Headdress of Rejuvenation / Bracer+Clarity Potions > Mekansm / Ancient Janggo of Endurance

Notice how I build Hand of Midas on most of the junglers, I'm assuming that these junglers are late game carries and simply because HoM is a neat item. As long as you don't get it too late into the game, it will pay for itself.

Keep in mind that map awareness is what separates a good jungler and a horribad troll. Always always look at your mini map. Notice when the enemies are missing from their lanes or if your team needs a quick gank. Pull for your team whenever possible and check for rune every 2 minutes. Finally, suicide jungling isn't all that bad, in fact if you happen to spend all your gold and you are low on health, suicide jungling can quickly bring you back to base so you can grab your items and give yourself a free heal.
