WTA Autocad short courses

Hey guys and girls, wanna know around kuala lumpur, and selangor area where can i take up AutoCad short courses. maximum 1 - 2 weeks. Familiar with Adobe stuff but not AutoCad. Curious about the course module and descriptions, as most authorized training centre for auto cad in Malaysia do not update their website. Im looking forward to applying in courses related to drawing architecture plans and floor plans, as well as converting hand drawn objects like household furnitures, into AutoCad 3d drawing. Any recommendations and feedbacks regarding AutoCad training around here?

External Chargers Thread

Purpose is to share and discuss the usage of external chargers. Since most people uses it for mobile phones I think it should be I'm the mobile phone section. I'm currently using a Yoobao 11200mah external charger. Will share my reviews.

Yoobao 11200mah RM170 ( purchased at capsquare pikom ict mall, from member Ditcom)
Pros : big capcity, able to charge 2 devices at once.
Most devices can be charged with it, provides different adapters.
Cheaper than branded energizer external charger. Last I check ori energizer 3000- 4000mah cost about rm300

Cons : slightly heavy compared to other external chargers.
Recharging the external charger requires quite some time. (around 10 hours if fully drained)
Many fake stuff floating around.

Besides that would rate it 8/10, due to its weight and size, it doesn't get hot when I charge my phone and iPad, built in led function that makes it more unique. Not to mention the capacity is huge, enough to charge my galaxy note 3 times over.

WTA Proper procedure for complaining dog barking

So, my neighbors dog bark and bark every single day, every morning, sometimes even midnight. I took a video bout 5 mins long, showing them in the video ignoring the dog bark. Even thou they walk past the dog and hear the dog barking they refuse to rectify it and just ignore it. My area is under Majlis Perbandaran Selayang. May I know what is the proper procedure to lodge a complain? Im awake now, at 10 in the morning because of the dog. I can't take it anymore. Whole area is damn noisy because of the dog. Fellow /k/ please advice!
