hi can all sifu give some advise about Stan Chart Mortgage1 vs RHB Islamic Full flex , i get approved both of these bank (refinanced) same rate,

sc is 1 account , setup fee rm200, mthly fees is rm10, no bonding no locking, mrta is optional, cashout less then RHB.
rhb mthly fees is waive, compusalry MLTA, and lockin 3 years, but can cashout quite alot

academy's hostel dont want refund my hostel deposi

i have fulfill the academy's hostel agreement period, and i plan to move out stay, when the time i move out the officer say have to wait 1 month time to get back my deposit, but after a month i go back to the officer they say i dont have fulfil the agreement's period time and dont want refund my hostel deposit, any1 can tell me how to get back my deposit
