"License" for darker windows tint

My wife's car is tinted quite dark, of course it's not JPJ approved and always got stopped at roadblock inspection. I wanna ask if it is possible to get a "license" from JPJ so that they or the police won't kacau?

How to fool my digicam for loger shutter speed?

I got a Nikon Coolpix L18 and wanna try to capture some photos with longer shutter speed. I can't change the ISO/aperture/shutter, is there anyway to "fool" my camera? Thanks~

Laptop freeze!

I have a Toshiba Satellite L200. It freeze when I turn on the AC adapter. Means now I can only use with battery. Once low batt I have to shut down and let it charge before I can use again.

Anyone got any idea how to solve this? My warranty expired and it would cost me RM700-1300 to repair..

Miss call from strange number..

These 2 days I've been receiving calls from a number, 0301.
Yes, it's only "0301"! Problem is I never had a chance to answer the call, it just like someone playing miss call.
