My company (GLC) is seconding me to work in China for a period of 2 years. Appreciate if could share with me, how would be the ideal pay and benefit package.

Current Job title: Senior Executive, Financial Reporting
Experience in Company: 2 yrs
Total Experience: 3.5 yrs

I will be handle the account in operation of a Joint Venture entity in China.

Is anyone working in Sime Darby or ex-worker?
I'm pending of the status of my application for almost 1 month. In between, there is 1st and 2nd interview session. I'm then informed shortlisted and proceed to online assessment.
When I only able to know the status? How is the recruitment process? Anyone has the idea?
