One day Najib decided to take RM 100 from the coffers to invest.
He decided to put in FD with a 3% return per annum .
Najib told his crony : you see , if you put Rm 100 in saving account and by end of the year you only get Rm 100. and with inflation rate of 3%, we are making lost. But if you put in FD you get Rm 103 at the end of the year. his crony applaud and contracts was sign with MBank.

Then Nobita came and complain.. how come you put in FD with Ambank who only offers 3% while May bank is offering 3.1%?
If you put in May bank you get Rm 103.10 year end compared to RM 103. 'Nobita cronies was furious, complaints were made and Najib was accused of taking undertable money of RM 0.1 and was relief his duty from Finance. Court case running .

Then Mr.KJ, a big shareholder came along the way and say .. how come you guys put in FD with so low return ? If I take this RM 100 and invest in bonds, I can easily make RM 105 end of the year. Complaints were made on Nobita but big boss Mr.M came and defend him .
Director M say action was made at the heat of the moment , and it was better than Najib decision by 0.1% .
But KJ say Najib decision was better by 3% . Why was he sacked ??

Both cronies argued across the meeting room and finally Mr M say : all these decision was made without full research of the market, so we should hire someone to research .
Finally after extensive research , the research team manage to find an investment with 10% return and presented to new finance director KJ.
Mr . KJ check the coffers but only found out there was only RM 90 and started to question, accused and file a lawsuit against MrM of misuse company funds.
So where did the RM 10 go??? Mr. M then explain that it was used to hire the research team .

Now Najib came along and say Mr.M does not know how to manage a company. Previously we do not need to open our coffers to maintain our workforce , now we have to open our coffers or even sell assets to hire research team ? Mr. M is then relief from his duty.

Summon from Pejabat Tenaga Kerja

Recently a friend of mine who is an employer got summon from Pejabat Tenaga Kerja.. the reason was because he didnt pay the staff salary . The staff claim 1 month salary and 1 more for stop work (compensation for being fired) total about rm 10,000.00 plus

Upon going to the Tenaga Kerja office to explain that the staff has been stealing money from the company.
The Tenaga Kerja officer say.. that case is under police investigation which is not related to not paying salary to the staff.. and say that he should pay.. that was discussion during the first negotiation between him and the staff. Since both party cant settle, the officer say that there will be a court case.. the court is in a small office in Pejabat Tenaga Kerja..

So after talking with my good friend.. we both think its unfair to pay the salary.. moreover he being caught from stealing company money for over rm 8000.00 . But from the looks and how the officer talk.. he want him to pay and close the case quickly.

Just wondering, if this Pejabat Tenaga Kerja ask to pay, and insist dont pay, what kind of authority do this pejabat tenaga kerja have? Seems like they have no relation with police from the way the officer talk..

Hello,

Just wondering if any of you have experience with building a tent outside the shop for stock clearance / sale / carnival.

The case is like this,
We are a product brand (information unable to disclose at the moment, PM for details),
and currently we like to sponsor our dealers and shops a small carnival, (a small tent, outside the shop), nationwide, KL, JB, Penang, Melaka, etc
Anyone know any rules for this? Are we able to put a tent on the road or on the parking? What are the rules? need to apply permit?

Also,
I am wondering any of you have any contacts for runners or runners who are able to get the job done for applying temporary business permit.

As there are too many council and many have different requirements.
I would like to appoint someone, with a fees to get this job done and also provide advise in terms of regulations of each and every council.

Hello guys,

I am looking for any good recommendations for pocket wifi where I can use by traveling,
Roaming is expensive and renting a pocket wifi is also not a solution for me on a long run as I travel alot,

I know that I can insert a simcard on my smartphone and enable a hotspot for sharing.
Are there any device out there which can do the same?
Where I can just purchase a local simcard, plug it into the device and share ?

Requirements / Usage:
1. Easy plug and play by using any local simcard internationally (Mostly S.E.A countries)
2. Long battery life (hopefully up to 10hours)
3. Good range 3m - 10m radius

Hi Guys,

I am in business for 3 years.
Currently i am using hong leong bank acc for my business transaction,

However after surveying around, I realise that HSBC offer the best exchange rate for TT, which overseas is my source of income

Earlier first year I tried to apply for HSBC , but they all say need 2 years in business to open with them ,
Finally 2 years after, I apply again, kena reject, when ask for what reason they say cant give cause management approve.
Ask for contact, cant give.

Anyone here who has connection inside, or can introduce any good TT exchange rate banks?

Ok ive been out on a few dates..
Usually the girls will at least try to pay the bill.. some call it the "fake reach" (tries to pay the bill) as a courtesy but she just wanta you to stop her.

But recently ive been dating this girl who doesnt even bring her wallet out when we go out for dinner or lunch she just expect me to pay. I am ok with paying and usually i pay for most bills unless she insist or have some good reasons like a tq for something.. etc
So when she expect me to pay for all .. i feel uncomfortable.. like i have this huge responsibilty of feeding her.. what am i?? A father to her?? We are only dating.. not even married. It seems like i have this resonsibility..
First things first.. facts. She ask me to have dinner w her most of the time.. she have what some would call high income a month.. like 10k etc

I use to know this stylist in Singapore who knows alot about hair,

But I am in Malaysia now, I am unable to find such professional, they know how to talk and cut but do not know about hair.

Ok, so where and how do we get these loan?
I have checked some banks about it but are there any website which list down all the government loans on a table, with the rates, amount?

IF anyone knows what banks that offers these loans at low rate, please advice!

Hello Designers,

First of all, I am not a designer.
However, my work requires me to work very closely with designers, graphic, 3D

I am involve in the MICE industry, Yes MICE - Meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions (:

So, today.. I have requested my graphic designer to come out with a directional signage artwork for a show.

In that sign board, there are highlights which is required, such as: show logo, tagline, sponsors logo, and signage.
So after briefing the designer on the size, the said designer has come out with a design .. and I presented to the client.

The client rejected due to the following reasons and I shared to the said designer:
1. A)The overall colour is boring, not much colour is being used only blue and white, -
B) designer's reason is, followed the show logo, so didnt add new colours to it (logo was blue and white)
2. A) Overall, not much gapping between the show logo, theme, date, signage and sponsors, making everything looks messy
3. A) Signage, instead of directing to so much location, eg: area 1, area 2, area 3, should direct all to one main point and redirect to smaller areas.

So, after that, the said designer made some adjustment on the graphics, and its still gets rejected.
1. A)Upon changing some taglines to red from blue, client suggest to use black instead, because its blends with the white and blue, and not just a suddenly Red.

So.. this goes on untill revision 8.. ):

I've been in this line for sometime, and sometimes I get feedbacks like: arrow too big or arrow too small, don't use this , don't use that, this arrangement no good, that arrangement not good.

Its frustrating.

The thing is... I am helpless.

I have no idea how to judge what is right and what is wrong and unable to tell or help.

So, to you designers out there, what makes you think that your design is good enough to be presented?
What are the criteria that you look at before you submit your work?

First I think that, design is subjective, but I always like my art director's work compared to the mere designers' work, most agree. But when asked to explain, I do not know. WHY?
