            <title>Rental agreement by lawyer</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5372337</link>
<description>Landlords out there, I have a question. Normally if go through real estate agents to rent out an apartment, only need tenant ic copy to draft rental agreement. But this time the tenant engaged a lawyer and the lawyer asked for ic copy of the landlord. Actually, what’s the practice? Are ic copies of both landlord and tenants needed? Somemore need to sah kan benar. I think the lawyer is misusing whatever power he think he has. Should I engage a real estate agent to handle this instead?</description>
