Hi guys, I saw the BLR had been reviewed for 3 times in 2010, but in 2011, the BLR is stable at 6.6% until now. What is your opinion on BLR in next 2 years? Will it go up very high?

I saw lots of development coming up (TRX, kl metropolis...), the demand of house in Malaysia also increases, BNM restrict loan margin up to 70% for the 3rd housing. I am newbie in property investment; what is the factor that actually brings the BLR up @ down @ stable? As i know, the highest BLR is 10.5% in 1998 which is due to economic crash..
