Begitulah kisah pemuda ini yang digigit seekor ular sawa batik ketika sedang membuang air besar di kediamannya di
Selayang, Selangor pada 28 Mac lalu.
Kisah melibatkan Sabri Tazali, 28, ini tular selepas dia berkongsi pengalaman menerusi laman Twitter pada Ahad tengah hari.

Bercakap kepada mStar, dia yang senang disapa Sabri sempat memperincikan semula kejadian itu yang dianggap sebagai
detik malang dalam hidupnya.
"Saya sakit perut, ketika itu saya sedang buang air besar dalam tandas. Saya ni jenis main telefon, dekat 15 minit main game.
Masa tu saya tengah duduk, tiba-tiba ada seekor ular terkam di bahagian punggung.
"Saya ingatkan biawak, sebab belakang rumah selalu ada biawak. Bila saya bangun, ular masih melekat di punggung. Saya
terus tarik ular itu dan campak ke dinding. Tiba-tiba saya jadi panik nak buka pintu, saya tumbuk pintu sampai pecah.
"Tapi sejujurnya tak rasa sakit. Saya cuma nak tahu ular jenis apa je. Bila dah Google baru saya tahu yang ia ular jenis tak
bahaya. Cuma takut ia membelit. Nasib baik saya yang kena, risau kalau kejadian tu berlaku pada mak atau anak-anak
saudara saya," imbasnya.
 Sabri akui trauma dengan kejadian yang berlaku dua bulan lalu.


Ular tersebut ditangkap oleh Bomba selepas ditemui di dalam tandas di kediaman Sabri.
Menurut Sabri, dia turut menghubungi Bomba untuk menangkap ular tersebut sebelum bergegas ke Hospital Selayang untuk
menerima rawatan.
Trauma dengan kejadian itu, Sabri berkata dia terpaksa menggunakan tandas masjid berdekatan selama dua minggu kerana
masih terkejut dengan apa yang berlaku.
"Selepas kejadian itu, saya terus cuci dan pakai kain pelikat ke hospital dengan isteri. Mujurlah hospital pun dekat dengan
rumah. Mujur juga ular itu bukan jenis berbisa, tapi doktor tetap bagi suntikan kancing gigi kepada saya.
"Selepas dua minggu, saya periksa kawasan luka, masih ada separuh gigi ular, ia terpatah mungkin sebab saya sentap ular
dengan kuat. Sejujurnya memang trauma dengan kejadian itu.
"Dua minggu saya buang air besar di masjid belakang rumah. Lepas tu terpaksa tukar pintu tandas. Mangkuk tandas lama
yang berwarna maroon juga sudah ditukar kepada yang putih.
"Ayah saya kata dah 40 tahun lebih duduk di kawasan perumahan teres tu, kali pertama berlaku kejadian macam ni, Sekarang
memang saya ekstra hati-hati," ujarnya lagi.
Sehingga kini, perkongsian Sabri di Twitter menerima 1,000 ulang kicau (retweet).

Sabri ditemani isteri ketika menerima rawatan di Hospital Selayang.
Malah, ia turut dihujani pelbagai komen netizen yang rata-ratanya gerun dan bersimpati dengan kejadian yang berlaku.
"Allahuakbar tak dapat bayangkan kalau kena kat yang fobia ular macam aku ni. Baca je dah seram.
"Sebab tu kalau kat public toilet atau even kat rumah sendiri, sebelum nak 'memerut' tu better flush dulu lepas tu sekejapsekejap 'usha' lubang toilet.

mortgage for property investment

I planned to buy a house for investment purpose.
Any suggestion for the type of mortgage is the best suited for this purpose.
I assume there will be positive rental income to cover the installment if unit is fully rented out or break even if 80% occupied. Should i take up flexi loan or fixed loan.
Aside, is it advisable to take longer term 30 years or shorter term 20 years loan for this if i plan to sell off after 5-7 years.?

Aftermarket brake sensitive door lock

Hi

I recently bought a used car and the door lock is acting up where it can't fully retract.
It will stuck halfway and I had to manually push it to get it fully unlock.
It occurs on all four door especially when I accidentally double press the lock button or lock and unlock.
I suspect is one of those after market door lock that was installed by previous owner where it automatically lock when you step brake.
I checked the fuse box and OBD port, there seems to be nothing suspicious. Are there any other place that this module could be hidden?

I'm interested to buy a subsale unit sold by the owner.
However this is the first time I'm buying subsale unit and I planned to save on agent's fee.

Are there anything that I should look out for when negotiating with the owner?any cost that I should be aware of other than lawyer fees, stamping fees, MOT,etc?

Usually in this case, the seller or buyer will bear the lawyer fees?

The selling price for the house is around 380k but the value of the house is around RM550k.
Am I eligible to waive on the stamping and MOT fee since this is my first house?

Can I make higher loan amount than the selling price since the value of the house is higher than the price?How will this drafted in the agreement in order to ensure the additional amount is credited to me?

Can I ask bank to reject my loan?

Today I booked for a car and paid the booking fees.
Later today CMCO announced and I worried my business will be impacted and decide to onhold the purchase.
Can i ask the bank to reject my loan so that I can get the booking fee refunded?
Will it impact my future loan application? Will the sales person know?

Got what car can fit 195 cm guy in the driver seat

I'm need a car next month mostly for city runabout and bi weekly 700 km highway.
I went to test drive bezza, persona and myvi and all of them are either too small to fit my 130 cm leg are will give me a weird driving position.

I'm not fat so width is not an issue but rather the foot room in the driver side must be wide enough.

Tested current generation sonata also cannot fit comfortably, but current generation elantra just nice. Preve also fit fine. Vios and city barely fit but the roof will block my vision

Got what other car within 100k can fit me?
Don't want pickup truck. SUV also can.

2. Noise insulation

Rear passenger comfort not important as the rear leg room will be almost non existent after I'm in driver seat.
