Where does all the experience auditor go?

Dear all,

this is a job dilemma. This is the case, you are an experience auditor (with at least 3 to 4 years or above of experience) from one of the big 4 firms. After several of working years, where did you all go?

1) For those that left to commercial worlds, what job did you take up? Group Accountant? Shared services centres?

2) Did you change field? What kind of jobs did you apply for and how was the process of switching field?

Standard Chartered - Management Trainee

Has anybody been doing this management trainee programme?

I got this job title for Group Technology and Operations (GTO).

In the phone interview I was told this is a 1 year programme and will be paying RM4,000 per month.

After 1 year, I will be put into operations department.

Now I need to know, if this is a good field?

Pros - My friends say SCB is not easy to enter and it has good prospects.

Cons - I have to take a huge pay cut in order to switch field.

Can anybody in this field, or who have been in this field please give me a hint sight please??

Both industries also said to have long working hours and bad work-life balance.

On the one hand, 1 is more of compliance and also have a structured ladder to climb, and the work are usually tied to numbers numbers and numbers and then standards standards and standards.

On the other hand, consulting is more about research, knowledge and providing solutions to clients who seek for your advice.

Both also have very negative comments online, and I want to know which one is better?

Anybody been in both industry before?

Some of my friend say it can run 470km with full tank, some say only 350km with full tank...Something wrong with my friend's car?

Air tickets confusion

Hi all, I'm planning to go to uk in mid of december this year. But I've looked at the air tickets now, by cheapest is offering RM4000+.

My dilemma now is, should I wait a little more and see if there will be promotion for air tickets?
or should I book my flight now...?

I used to see air tickets sold at cheaper than that for December flight..

Anybody knows when is Matta fair? Do you think there will have cheaper flights?

Experienced travelers feedback needed thanks! I want save down on flight ticket and enjoy more there.

Nikon P310 vs P300

hello professionals, I'm planning to buy a digital compact camera. I used to have P300 and some thief stole it. So now I am thinking of a replacement. I saw on the net P310, I realised there's not much of a difference comparing to P300 except for the mega pixels.

So can I get any professional opinions around?

Whats the price I can get comparing P310 vs P300?
