Isu DAP, Penang dan pilihanraya.

Gua ada berbual dengan rakan peguam (pro PH). Rakan peguam gua tu berpendapat, secara asasnya LGE bersalah, kecuali dapat dibuktikan di mahkamah bahawa diskaun rumah itu (pemilik asal rumah) tiada kaitan dengan mana2 projek Penang (di bawah kelulusan KM LGE).
Kata peguam itu lagi, pembelian rumah secara bawah harga pasaran boleh dilakukan oleh penjawat awam taraf LGE. Tetapi jangan di atas kertas. Selepas selesai urusan penjualan rumah mengikut harga pasaran, ditulis atas kertas, barulah berikanlah pemulangan diskaun secara bentuk lain, di luar tajuk pembelian rumah itu. Persoalan yang rakan gua utarakan, mustahil LGE sebodoh itu? Kecuali dia terlalu sibuk, melantik pihak lain menguruskan pembelian, dan berlaku pengkhianatan dalaman DAP.

Jika dibahaskan faktor pengkhianatan dalaman DAP, gua teringat bual2 dengan rakan Amanah Penang ketika gua buat video di sana. Katanya, dalam DAP Penang ada 2 team. Pertama pro LGE. Kedua ialah pro prinsip DAP yang mahu seseorang ahli DAP, yang memegang amanah penjawat awam, tidak boleh melebihi 2 penggal. Kerana hujahnya, manusia yang melebihi 2 penggal akan semakin mahir, kuat dan cenderung ke arah diktator. Dan parti akan gagal mengawalnya.

Apabila ada ura2 DAP Penang mahu melaksanakan pilihanraya mengejut, gua teringat perbualan tersebut. Ianya mungkin dari kem LGE yang mahu memperkukuhkan kedudukan dalam DAP daripada kem pro 2 penggal. Dengan mandat baru (referandum terkini), suara pro 2 penggal akan kalah. Bagaimana pun, langkah ini bertembung dengan kerusi PKR dan kerusi Amanah-PAS yang tidak stabil berikutan situasi politik yang pecah.

Baiklah. Bagi kita rakyat biasa yang paling ramai dan paling bawah dalam piramid kelas masyarakat, kita harus fokus kepada isu nyata dan fizikal diri kita sendiri. Contohnya gaji minima dan tabung pemberhentian pekerja.

My journal like others, to record the development and maybe get a free advice on my routine. I will share useful tips if I have any but Im just a noob so, just make it a friendly discussion

Prologue: In 2011~12 during my final year, during my boredom, I stumbled upon the fitness and bodybuilding world. Not fit myself, it is astonishing to see people with these amazing body display. So, with free gym as amenities at my uni, I was visiting frequently back then. My gain never really shown and I suspect is due to diet. It is hard to make your own food when u dun have a fridge to store your food. My weight is around 85kg.

After graduate, I stopped visiting gym but I still have my dumbbell, 2 unit maximum weigh of 8kg per dumbbell. Those dumbbell collect dust from 2013 through 2015. Stress from my work make my life a bit chaotic.

Then, starting of this year I decided to regain back my life and going back on track. I am still at time very shy to to gym, so I just modify the dumbbell with broom stick to become mock barbell. My weight is at 102kg. I started to jog every Sunday. Then I make a goal which until now yet achieved (but at 80% completion) to be able to do chin up.

It is not until this month, I have the courage to visit the gym at my place, which is a budget gym, not a big name gym. To my relieve, the entry fee is cheap, not as expensive as I imagine it to be. I start a program from an app called Total Fitness which I accidentally bought a full version. It is a full body program for 3 days. It utilize every part of the body each day.

My first day at gym was fantastic. Got many people who have amazing physique and strength. The best part is there is no "trainer" that approach me to sell their program. It was a good feeling. My body started to remember the ache that I once had regularly.

For this week, I am trying a new program from the app coz some youtuber advice to mix the exercise so your body will not adapt to your program.

I will share it after lunch. I also will share my diet.

P/S: Yesterday is my leg day, sore like hell but feel good mang

Treating my eczema with aloe vera

Hi guys.

Arround last year, I got a skin condition below my belly button just above the pubic hair area.

At first I dont know what it is. It is like rash but very ithcy, I scratch till it bleed. Then it just doesnt heal. I go to clinic, doctor give me cream, but it doesnt improve. I went both gomen and private but the cream didnt improve the condition.

It is very irritating, at early stage it even have some liquid oozing out of it. It soak my shirt. Then of corz as i scratch, it bleed and blood got to my shirt as well. At first I thought it is caused by my belt, the metal part touching my skin and Im somewhat allergic. So, until now i tuck my shirt in and look like nerd but the condition improve but not healed.

Recently, I had read a post about eczema here and I found out that my symptom match with it. So, now I know it is called eczema, thanks Doc for not informing me what this is all about.

Then I immediately know, almost all skin problem can be fix with aloe vera. So, I have been applying aloe vera for this few week and got a noticable result. The affected area is noticeably not bleeding anymore. The itching is still there but I try not to scratch it hard.

The aloe vera I bought is from Tesco, generic brand but got some active ingredient, so not safe for consumption. I will update if the condition improved by time.
