If i pay off all debt like credit card and loans, will my blacklist be gone right away or takes it a long time to be un-blacklisted?

Hi all,

I am from The Netherlands and married with a Malay woman, also have 2 kids together. My wife and i own a company together Sdn Bhd and i want to buy a car, but need a carloan. Because of my wife's blacklist (no more debt now, from the past) and nobody in the family to help, she or any one can be a guarantor. I tried to apply for a car-loan before, the problem is not my income (make enough income 20k++ monthly) but the financier always ask for a guarantor if applicant is a foreigner.

Now i am looking for anybody to help me out with information, what is the best way to get a car-loan on my name without a guarantor. How can i make this happen?
