Is it really that hard to get a job in SAP as a freshie / entry level?

Who can tell me how can i get hands on experience in SAP?

Need help on graphic card

Hi All,

I need help badly for my graphic card issue.
I am wondering what might be cause when i insert a new graphic ( Nvdia Quadro 400 ) no display and the power supply's fan suddenly has a very loud noise.

Anyone have any ideas what is going on with it?
Is it not enough power? or i am wondering if my motherboard can support? it is ACPI x64 based motherboard.
