WD Mybook Essential Wrong PW

I bought the WD Mybook Essential 1TB and transferred all my movie collections to it. There was a software ask to key in password to protect it and I did it very carefully by using my always memorized pw, since there was a warning says - you can't retrieve your password if you forget it, bla, bla, bla..., so I keyed in very carefully and transferred all the data to it.

The 2nd day when I tried to access the movie, I gained access denied because I keyed in the WRONG PASSWORD!

I searched thru the internet for solution, but seems there is no solution for that to either bypass the password or crack it.

Anyone know how to access to my year old collection of movie in the HDD?
