Working at High Place

Hello all sifus in /k,

just wondering if anyone experiences the same thing. I work at a very high place, at around lvl 70+ .This makes my ear painful and my head feel dizzy.

I know this is due to pressure/altitude change at high places, but does anyone know how to solve it? If it is like once in a while thing like flying in aeroplane i can cope with it, but i need to go there everyday.

I've tried the normal swallowing, "blowing nose" etc techniques but seems like it dosent help much.

hey guys, anyone can tell me how long the journey takes to reach klcc from selayang by public transport?

need to take ktm to kl sentral first then change train if not mistaken.
