Train basic self-defence for free (KL)

Hi, I'm a self-defence enthusiast.

I've done some research and identified the 8 most common fight scenarios, as well as the most combat effective responses to these. This covers the majority (90%) of fights that people find themselves in.

This includes joint lock techniques in conjunction with simple strikes. Joint lock techniques are adapted from jujutsu, krav maga, chin na, aikijujutsu and military combatives.

Now I'd like to train and test these responses. So I am looking for training partners.

I've trained a little bit in a few different styles but you don't need to have any experience - I'll happily show you what I know and help you learn. If you have experience, especially in reality based combat systems, that's great. You just need enthusiasm.

I'm not a teacher or a professional, so there is no charge.

Based in Kuchai Lama area. Flexible schedule. PM if interested.

Apple laptop repairer - recommendations please

I have a problem with my 2011 Macbook Pro which refuses to go beyond the grey startup screen.

I was told that stores like Machines don't repair locally - they will send my laptop to Singapore for repair.

Can anyone recommend a reputable local store that will repair locally?

Thanks!

PS As I am new to Lowyat I am not sure if I have posted in the right place, so please let me know if I should move this post.
