Its price was stated as not lower than RM250. I offered seller RM250 &amp; he said someone else has offered RM250 also.So, without wasting time negotiating I asked the seller what is his expected price for the ram and he said rm275. <br /><br />Finally we agreed to cod at rm270 at his place bandar Sunway at 9.45pm. Was having a hard time finding the place but managed to get there in time, called and spoke to him about 7 - 8 calls until reached the shell petrol station at his place.When called him from the petrol station station, he said he needs 15mins to get there and i said its ok,will wait.After that he said the price is now has increased to RM280 because someone if offering RM280. WTF&#33;&#33; <br /><br /><br />If not interested to sell, should not agree to a fast grab price &amp; confirm the deal to cod in the 1st place.
