My neighbor sell his house few years back & its empty every since ~! Recently my house been survey by a thief, he climb into my compound thru my neighbor's. As its been empty for such a long time, there's many long grasses & provide good hiding place for the thief~! Plus there's mosquitoes & cats breeding there ~! Does anyone know to whom I can make a complain of the situation ~?
