Klang or Rawang?

Hi, Been reading some infos and mainly gotten that the best choice are probably Klang or Rawang.

Now i'm planning to change 2(min) or 4 tyres and prolly also change the rims but undecided on brands or which place to go...

Perhaps there's some recommendation from you guys?

I'm from puchong by the way. I've read that Klang shop (kedai papan) are not so customer friendly and bad workmanship whilst the price might not be too much different from Rawang (Pusat Servis Tayar V care tyre & Auto Services), with some claiming that Rawang gives better trade in price and better workmanship?

I'll probably stick to 15" for my Kia Spectra.

Honestly i dont really feel going to klang after finding out that the waiting time is terrible and also bad workmanship, but not much reviews for Rawang.

Hi guys,

Its been quite sometime since i last visited this thread.

But to make things short, I'm actually trying to lose the fats and slowly tone up my body before talking about anything else.

Many years ago, someone actually taught me to build my big muscles first to accelerate my metabolism level which in turn will help me burn fat all day long no matter what i'm doing.

So I've been hitting the gym doing cardio for 30 minutes everytime, and then starts working on core muscles.

I've also been told to follow rippetoe's workout, but i'm not sure if its still relevant now so i do not follow them anymore (another main reason is that it requires alot of free weight and i'm not so comfortable doing free weight now since i've lost touch with doing fitness for quite sometime, so i would like to slowly build up the fundamentals then only work towards the ultimate goal.

Attached are some measurement i took since 1st january 2012 (when i made decision to rejoin gym and start getting fit again)

Hope it gives you some insight on how to advice me further from here. Unfortunately I've not been taking photos of myself, so i could not show, but I have pretty big tummy which is all fats, which is of course my first priority to get rid off.

I'm also aware that there's no such thing as targetted area reduce, so i wont be asking you how to kick off the tummy, I know i'll have to do it slowly and it takes very long time.

Please see what you can advice me base on diet and workout.

Years ago i applied for paypal but did not use it because i didn't have credit card back then

Recently i thought i might want to learn more to facilitate many things as i've seen that paypal is quite widely accepted now for many things.

However after reading the whole help section on paypal.... doesn't seem to convince me enough, or rather there wasn't sufficient information for me to start using it.

I hope anyone with experience in paypal could guide me somehow.

I'll try to post some questions, do include any other information deemed important. I will very much appreciate that.

1. If i link my maybank acc and credit card to my paypal account, they will charge RM10 for verification?

2. If i were to use my paypal to purchase anything online, i will not be charged right? But what if i do not have any balance inside? they charge directly to my bank account/credit card? if so, is there any charges? for eg: i wanted to purchase something 0.9USD, what are the whole process like?

3. If i have funds inside my paypal (supposedly denominated in RM now i guess?) lets say RM400, if i withdraw to my bank account, there shudn't be any charges right? but if its 399 and below, there will be a certain charge?

4. So far any problem with using paypal linking with local bank/credit card?

DO include other informations as im quite sleepy after reading a whole lot, and due to the time so cant really think of any good question

I'm actually interested to transfer money to china or singapore or any other country from malaysia, but some of them doesn't use paypal (actually i also haven't use it yet even though i have an acc with them)

but i dont know what are the ways to do it, maybe western union or something? but i wanna know what are the way to do it without any charges preferably, or if charges applies, which are the most convenient and cheap way to do it,

so i hope any sifu can teach me about tis, because i do have some trade international, but the problem is with transferring money... thanks

Restore points dont work

Hi, i'm currently using vista ultimate, and after 16th nov update.... my pc starts showing problem, as in my anti virus cant update anymore, as well as any other games i use, which usually could auto patch, now all of them are not working

I suspect it could be the windows update as the problem starts at 16th,(my anti virus couldn't do any update anymore, and the patch stays at 16th nov)

i tried to use restore point to 15th or any other, but all came back failed..

after my pc reboots, it says unable to revert back to the restore points i chose, and asked if i would like to undo the changes....

Help if greatly appreciated, hope the sifu here can help

well this is the case, i'm currently using

normal mouse and keyboard

let me know if you need anything or i miss anything, just thought of these...

the problem is..... previously i was using windows XP and the same problem occured and therefore i thought something might be wrong with the XP and so i decided to change to Vista, which doesn't have this problem at 1st but now the same thing is happening...

U know you will get a sound whenever u plug in a USB or plug it out? i keep getting the detect sound and undetect sound... and everytime the sound comes out, my mouse will out of order... and the next time there's the sound... then my mouse can move a while....then kenot move.. then can move....

AHHH!!! its really frustrating for a gamer and also for my other works....

please guys i need some help and suggestion... my pc bought less then 2 months...everything is brand new... T_T

and i'm sure its not the mouse problem because i was using my old mouse and then i thought its my old mouse problem... so i switch to a new mouse and still the same thing happen.......

As per topic, my new pc suddenly having these problems and i will show you the pic....

other then the one in the pic, now i also facing mouse failures.....as in half way using, you can hear the USB being plug in and out and the mouse suddenly will malfunction and then on the taskbar, it will appear as USB device not recognize (etc etc) and if lucky, can hear the sound again and then mouse can use...

sometimes it will keep have the sound and then stop...and see luck whether mouse can move or not....

another is always auto restart for no reason.... and when happen usually i'm gaming + skype with my friend......

After that it will say 'Windows has recovered from a serious error'

Windows XP SP3 got problem?

Hi, as per topic, i was very reluctant to install sp3 as i heard its not very stable yet... but decided to give in after getting my new pc.... and the problem comes then...

now when i'm gaming and if i press alt+tab to surf, sometimes the pc will auto restart and after that, it will say 'windows has recovered from a serious error'

It never happened b4, before i install sp3, so i'm wondering if sp3 is causing it? and if yes how do i fix the problem? do i delete and change back to sp2?

How is this specs?

Is there anyone who fits the above description, AND knows how to see a person and recommend a suitable haircut? Cause i always go Rm11 hair cut at certain saloons, and when the person is so close to you, they always cut the same haircut for you

So i wanna change to something different this time, and i want it to be suitable for me, so if you know of any saloons which u wanna recommend, please do.

Hi, i'm from puchong near tesco and i need to go to nearby klcc(megan avenue 2) but i dont know which is the fastest,nearest,cheapest way to get there..

i remember last time a friend of mine showed me a way to go klcc from cheras and it was a really short and fast distance but i lost that friend''s no. and i cant remember the way...

so if anyone could kindly guide me there? i dont really know many ways....

and also if you know which is the cheapest parking near megan avenue 2, please let me know as well because i need to be there for quite some time....

Hi, i would really love to know where can i get these 3 mangas/anime in full

Cause i've been trying to find them for years but i could only download the anime of getbackers(but not full) cause i also read the comic(by comic house some years back) but the comic is way further then the anime.

As for GS mikami and 3x3 eyes, i also read the manga but lost somewhere and the anime i can only find in youtube but its only a few episodes.

Well i made some research and get to know how CRC can happen, but i never see any solution yet...some people say got way to retrieve the data...

actually i bought a movie 'a date with vampire' and i can watch it for few episodes, but i get stuck once in a while in certain episodes and its starting to irritate me....cause sometimes it stuck, then i need to remove the DVD and then insert and play again, and FF the movie until over the part where its stuck....but sometimes the same place where its stuck, i can watch it de wor, i dont understand why this will happen

so i wanted to copy all files to my pc so i can watch without any problem, but then the CRC problem comes....i not able to copy it at all....

so pros, anyway i can watch my movie without any stuck/ problem? cause i always need to restart when the disc not reading, and my explorer.exe need to close down by force, thus forcing me to restart pc, sometimes shut down for a few hours then only can watch again... haihz so sad
