            <title>Hijauan Residence Garden Villa Bungalows..</title>

            <description>They launched the hillside villas with so much publicity in August 2010.  Last I heard most sold and I thought of driving there to look at the completed units as they were xpected to be ready by May 2012.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To my surprise, beside the 2 showhouses which look like abandoned houses, the land on the hill slope is completely bare.  No houses yet.  Saw some tractors pushing the earth around and some slabs of concrete just behind the clubhouse.  They are still doing soil strengthening after  2 years&amp;#33;  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are the owners going to wait for another 2 years before seeing their dream house or will they pull out?  The slopes look scarier during rainy season as you can see soft red mud rolling down the hills.  Looks like the core is all red earth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
