Should buy dell or asus?

Im thinking to buy dell inspiron 15R special edition or asus n56-3088v. The prices between these two laptop just slightly different but the specs of dell is much better than asus except the speaker, graphic card, battery and design. I wish to get some advices firm you guys especially those who are using these two laptops now. I heard that dell's laptops always come with many problem. Is that true?
