How to buy foreign properties

Was looking into buying foreign properties. Are there any previous threads for this or anyone I can approach for this or any 2 cents and stuff?

Was maybe looking at Europe and US or something. Looking on the both purchase and financing side actually.

Hi guys,

If we sell a house within 5 years we gotta deposit 2% of the purchase price for the RPGT. And supposedly they will rebate you back after deducting the 5% RPGT on profit minus cost.

Does anyone know how to get back the rebateable amount or has gotten it back?

This is worth looking at now. It's a very safe and fundamental counter.

A lot of value in the company. Has been growing steadily every quarter and trades dirt cheap at 4-5x PE. Just got contracts with F&N which is big business basically.

Tends to go up during the results due to positive news flow. This month's reporting, which means it would be tonight or monday night.

Sound proofing windows

Hi all,

I am having some serious noise problems in my room in my condo. The main problem lies from the windows and noise outside.

Does anyone happen to know or can recommend any solution to soundproofing or reducing the noise through my windows. Maybe some vendor, contractor or somewhere which I can find this windows would be great.

Sound not working

Hi guys,

I have just bought a new com but it has a sound problem.

I am using an nForce 630i 7100 motherboard and am using the built in sound card. I am using windows XP SP2.

Problem is windows detects and installs two drivers

1) Realtek High Definition Audio Device

2) Nvidia HDMI Audio Device.

After detecting both there will be no sound.

Com not booting

Hi, my com is not booting. After I turn it on, the hdd light turns on, monitor nothing but there is no beep (com starting sound). This should be a mobo problem right?

Previously I had this problem, but I could start it up after several tries pressing the reset button. But not it just doesn't boot.

It is an ABIT NF7 motherboard (an old motherboard for AMD processors). I am using an AMD Athlon and I believe its a socket 754 mobo.

Am I still able to buy a mobo which supports this processor or is there some way to fix this mobo problem?
