Hi, i am a mechanical engineering fresh grad just starting to work at an oil & gas company.

I am working as a project engineer.

However, i notice the project engineer and senior project engineer in this company is just doing proposal.

The execution part is done by the execution team.

Is this normal job scope for project engineer?

If so, what is the different between project engineer and proposal engineer?

Hope someone can enlighten me
