[HELP] How to upgrade my operating system?

My computer is capable of 64 bit, I have an original window vista SP1 32 bit disc. How to upgrade to 64 bit? I tried to google yet still can't find the answer, anyone please help me.

Hi I am Wei Hong from PJ, I'm turning to 19 this year, I am looking for a team to join if possible, I can play fast football and I am a 100m sprinter, I can play as winger, I just want to play more games. Anyone knows which team I can join or where to apply?

Should I continue my studies? Or quit studying?

Hello friends, I have a question here, which is, should I continue my studies? Well I am in A-Levels field, I have been studying for 1 year plus, eventually I have few more months to go, for me it is a very tough course, I hardly handle it well and everytime got a bad result. Instead, I am asking should I quit is not about my result, is about I don't have the heart to study because I've been involving in business field, earning the double of Degree student income, so I've no idea should I study or not, I don't wanna regret in the future but TBH, I got no heart to finish few months of A-Levels, how am I going to continue my study for 3 years degree :/ The problem is I feel like studying but I got no heart to study, any comment guys? I know is very awkward but I have to sort it out asap.
