Details of the complaint :

Ask him to give me the tracking code if the item send out to me. Then after 2 days later, he promise will send on 04/10/2014.

But, I still haven't get the item after 1 week. Then only he reply me and said don't have stock. And let me to choose either add-on money for
others sim pack or refunds.

So, I told him I want the refunds back. Then, he didn't response to any of my messages.(Whatsapp/SMS/PM).

[HELP] PC can't start BIOS(Black Screen)

My problem is that when i have boot my computer, then nothing show up on the monitor.
I can't start my motherboard bios, no beep, no bios output (black screen). The power supply is OK.
As soon as i have boot it, it just puts on the Green LED light and the Hard Disk powers up and the DVD burner powers up also. I'm able to open and close the DVD burner Drive.
The Monitor won't start!. I'm sure that its not a Monitor problem. Because I'm using it right now with another computer.
I have two sticks of Memory. Memories are good as well as the processor and the graphic card.

I would really appreciate someone responding to this and really help me!
