How long to wait

Generally, how long does I have to wait before I can move in? I already bought a house in Bandar Saujana Putra, this is my first time buying house.

In the S&P completion date is October 2014. Let say the actual completion date does not overshoot too much. What is the next process for me to move in? Once the house completed mean complete with CF or how?

I want to know because currently I worked in Subang airport. The plan is to relocated to KLIA, that's why buy quite near KLIA. But now I already work in KLIA2, so quite far to travel from Subang every day. I'm thinking to rent a house nearby Sepang first or just wait the house to complete, then no need to move 2,3 time.

Does she have interest in me?

So I knew this girl since high school. Recently we became very close after 8-9 years of just friend who intermittently contact each other to a very close friend, everyday also whatsapp. I've asked her out few times, she's okay with it and we have been out (lepak) only two of us for few times already. Mostly go makan and teman buy thing, but only for few hours like 2-3 hours, most I think is 5 hours only. But previously every time I ask her out, during the past 8-9 years (actually I had crush on her since high school) she kept denying and she told me that her father (who is very strict) won't let her out. But now she keep finding excuse to her father just to go out with me.

One day when we were eating together for her birthday treat, I asked her for a date, not lepak2 or friend outing. At first she denied, until we arrive home. I suspect she's quite nervous or just want to jual mahal with me.

Later at home when I text her, I asked her what do you think about me. She replied "terbaikkk" with thumb up emoticon. So I asked her back then come and have a date with me. Straight away she reply okay, she's on.

I was a bit confused, as I said, I thought maybe she was nervous when I asked her directly or maybe she want to tarik harga a bit with me. What do you guys think about her interest on me? Is she just want to be friend or I can go further than this?

Reason for sale: I bought an iPhone 5 from Maxis last April, now something when wrong and I already went to Sunway Maxis Centre, they agree to replace it with new unit. So I'm considering selling the new iPhone 5 and get a new iPhone 5s instead. While the phone will be new the warrant won't be refreshed so it is still will end next April. I'm willing to trade with a same condition iPhone 5s 16gb as well and top up accordingly.

p/s: I haven't made the claim yet due to maximum 14 days waiting period. I'm trying to get a deal first and make an agreement before I proceed because once I got the new unit, I want to get the 5s as soon as possible because I don't want to open the box of the replacement unit and it's hard to live without my smartphone. Anyone interested please advice me as well wether you want me to check the phone condition first in-situ (I have to unwrap the box to do this) or don't remove any packaging.

The story is like this, I usually buy ticket in situ if want to watch movie but my girl always complaint have to queue then have to be quick if not ticket sold out then cannot get gooding seat. Keep nagging ask me to download cinema app no point use smartphone not utilize this and that bla3.

So I decided fine, why not then I download GSC app and book Despicable Me 2 at paradigm mall later 3pm, paid already, get best couple seat exactly centre one. But then suddenly she got period pain cannot go today haih why la girl like this. I feel like want to burst only but we all know how women logic work so after all will be my fault also.

So rather than I keep sakit hati like this I thought on selling the ticket, who interested to buy? I bought for RM33, who want RM30 I let go. Very good position. Couple seat A07, A08.

p/s: Just want to check got demand or not, not necessarily will go. Maybe I want to merajuk and paksa my girl go also.

Need advice buying Playstation

I always wanted to enjoy gaming, during my childhood no fund, so most of the time only can enjoy cyber cafe game only. Now got work already so can buy game for myself, I prefer Playstation than PC due to their environment and setup, plus Playstation exclusive title.

Enough ranting, I need advices. Games like The Last of Us, Journey, make me really want to buy PS3. The thing is I confirm will buy PS4 soon after it release. I'm just looking for a used PS3, just to play those two games, and if I bought it I'll play Skyrim as well, the one game I always talk about but never played before. Lol. The problem is, is it worth my money to invest on PS3 now and those 3 games? After that maybe I'll sell back but I guess price will be cheaper because PS4 is due already, but maybe the above mentioned game is damn good until I want to collect them. Then feel like pointless have PS3 then 6 months later add PS4.

Arghhh, why Sony didn't make their console backward compatible this time?!

Another thing is I bought 3DS couple months ago, now just bought Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing, great game also, consume my time a lot. I looking forward to buy Shin Megami Tensei 4, play some Legend of Zelda franchise, couple of Mario game, not to mention Pokemon X/Y due this october. So I don't know if I buy the PS3 also got time to play the exclusive game, don't even mention Skyrim. Haih, why la have to work full time so really no much time for myself, have to take care of amoi some more.

So what is your guys opinion? Just buy the PS3 for the sake of experience but delay the purchase of PS4 until finish play all game I wanted on PS3 or what?

p/s: money is not really a problem for me, but don't want to waste throw away like that. Now saving to buy house and get married. After get marry less time to play video game, haih.

Buying my first house.

Hey guys.

The time has come for me to secure a house for myself and future family. I work in Subang Airport and relocation to KLIA is imminent. My future wife will be working near Cyberjaya.

So which area is the best for me to choose, I prefer a place nearer to USJ because of it is the centre of lifestyle and entertainment in Selangor, I don't prefer places like Dengkil or Nilai. Puchong seems nice but it is a large area and I'm not very familiar with the district so I need your help.

My budget is about 250-350k, I am hoping I can get a landed terrace house with this kind of budget, if possible I also prefer a new house but I think it's not possible. So help me sifu. Which place do you recommend?
