There are many factory, low-cost apartment and low-cost shophouse (mostly garage / factory business) surrounding the Calisa, D'Aman and Koi Prima.
Is this may cause any side effect on the above condo?
And for the one who bought the above condo, y will u still willing to buy it, with this condition. (I'm one of the person who bought it)
Please share some comments and advises here.

DIBS actually is an offer by Bank or Developer?
When DIBS start count? e.g. 3 years of DIBS for under construction project, it's start count from the loan approval day or the day Developer claim from bank?

And also Lock-in Period, it's start count from the loan approval day or the day Developer claim from bank?

I just booked a condominium for own stay, I choose 14th floor becos of 10k cheaper, and I'm not really mine on it.
But someone told me that many people that will buy 14th floor is to invest but not for own stay, this make me affraid on that floor i'm staying will become "BLACK people" (foreigner) zone.
Izzit true? please advise. thanks.

Where is the place selling CD album in Klang Valley area?
I'm looking for a Taiwan Singer 's CD (杨丞琳-异想天开), which i can't buy it from many CD shop!
May I know where is the place that possible to find it out! Thanks for helps! Its really urgent, buying that for my love one birthday on march 13.
