Cement on construction site fall on my car

Went to Desa Kiara this afternoon, after a few hours, this is what happened to my car. Found my car was covered in cement. T.T
Lodge a complaint to Desa Kiara security and give a call to the person in charge for the construction site at Setia Kon, he told me that due to its Deepavali everyone is on leave while his boss has gone oversea and I am a visitor, therefore he can't make any decision. For I only simple requested after I washed my car and sent them the bill... Sadly he told me to wait until Wednesday for his boss to return to make decision, I was thinking if wait until Wednesday, surely the cement will cause further damage on the car and might not be able to remove it.
Disappointed by Setia Kon poor reply.

Anyone have similar experience before?

Crime Scene In Pudu, KL, Malaysia v2

Heh,

Learned my lesson for not being called a blogwhore anymore and today my brain is functioning really good. Please don't mind me copy and paste it directly here.

For those who have followed my blog, a week ago I blog about my first experience on my car being broke in. However that is not the end of the incident, this is the what happens after the incident.
Crime Scene: Pudu LRT Car Park

October 1 – When I went to the car park to retrieve my car after work, I notice that my car was broke in. A broken passenger window glass, fragments of shattered glasses everywhere, a total mess in the car, an environmental friendly paper bag and the car CD player was gone. Considering that the thief might still be around, I get on my car and drove home. After a quick dinner, I then went to the police station and make a report. The inspector did advise me to meet up with the Police Bantuan which located in Pudu LRT station as they may have information for me.

For the sake of convenient, this is only a summary of the incident that happen on 1st October. To read the full story, please click here.

October 2 – Lately it has been windy, this is most probably the sign of the coming of rainy season. I can leave a hole on my car and drive all the way to work. What if it rains while I am working or the thief attempts to break in again? Without any choice, took a day of emergency leave and bring my car to fix early in the morning. Repairing the broken window glass and broken panel luckily did not cost as much as I have expected. But still thanks to that, my wallet is now having a big hole during early of the month. Seriously some luck I have. Since there are still fragments of shattered glass in the car, I sent my car to a car wash to get those shattered glasses vacuum. It happen that the owner of the car wash was not surprise when I requested a car wash and vacuum on broken glasses.

This is only a summary of what happen on 2nd of October, you may read the full story here.

October 3 – I went to work as usual and went to met up with the Police Bantuan as per advised by the inspector. It appears that the police that I met today was not on duty on 1st of October, hence he have no idea about the incident. After telling the police who was on duty on Wednesday the entire story, he then do some checking about the incident. It appears that the objective for the police who was on duty on Monday is to return the stolen CD player to me. However after checking around, the CD player was no where to be found in the LRT station. He then inform me that he will get back to me after checking who is currently having his hand on my missing CD player. At evening, I received a call from the police that my missing CD player was in the hand of the Station Manager and urge me to meet up with the Station Manager on the following day to retrieve it.

October 4 – I went to meet up with the Station Manager after work. Coincidentally the station manager was on leave and will only be back on 6th of October, Saturday. The staff then provided me with the station manager contact number so that I may contact the station manager and make the arrangement directly. I had tried to call twice and I am unable to reach the station manager. It appears that there are dial tones, but no one is picking up the phone. Without further option, I SMS the station manager and explain the situation. In less than 5 minutes, I received a call from the station manager which stating that she did not keep my CD player but she did promised to check on it.

October 5 – Around late afternoon, I give a call to the station manager to follow-up. It appears that she have inform another station manager to check on it as she is still on leave. As for this issue, she told me that they have escalated the issue to the higher management for investigation and hopefully that the CCTV is capable of showing who took my CD player. After work as I am about to reach my home, I received a call from the police and asking me to make a trip to Pudu LRT Station before 11PM as he wanted to return the CD player to me. As I meet up with the police, it appears that he was holding on the CD player due to the staff in the station are always changing. He also told me that on 1st of October, he saw 4 Indian at the ages of around 20+ broke in my car. It appears that some of them are having tea break with a packet of drink and kuih (cake). Upon seeing the police is coming near, they leave their food then runs away. As they make their escape, my CD player was put into the missing environmental friendly recycle and throw under another car then they ran up on the overhead bridge. Really grateful that the police have kept and return the CD player to me.

October 6 – Early in the morning, I sent my car to the workshop and have the CD player to be re-installed. Everything is working fine so is the CD player.

Hopefully that the Pudu LRT car park management will be able to do something about the security. So that there won’t be having another victim who lost their valuable.

Original post is Crime Scene In KL, Pudu LRT Stationhere.

Crime Scene In Pudu, KL, Malaysia v1 can be found Crime Scene In Pudu, KL, Malaysia V1here.
