            <description>normally, after interview, what you guys do?&lt;br /&gt;i mean would you send a thank you email to the company for inviting you to interview session?&lt;br /&gt;or would you call to the company to ask the interview result after that? &lt;br /&gt;or just sitting and wait for the second call from them?</description>

            <title>Difference of permanent worker vs contract worker</title>

            <description>can anyone tells me/ shares what&amp;#39;s the difference between permanent worker and contract worker?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for example: if a company advertise the job vacancy in Jobstreet, but is under may be 6months contract, what it means? Is it mean that if we join in the company, then we will only stay there for 6months long only? after 6  months? will vacant again? means that the worker need to look for job again?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;besides, normally how&amp;#39;s the salary offer between permanent worker vs contract worker? how about the benefits? normally permanent worker shall enjoy for all benefits such as annual leave, sick leave, insurance, dental, optical, allowances like toll/transport allowance, meal allowance...etc.. would contract worker entitle to enjoy all of these benefits?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks for all comments/informations &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <description>hi all, i m quite confused in &amp;quot;accrual&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;other creditor&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;for example, i received an invoice from a travel co, should i treat it as accrual or other creditor in recording my accounts which i yet to pay that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;another example is, eg: my audit fee YE 2011 would be RM2,000, and i had done the adjustment in YE 2011 as well. In apr 2012, i received the orignal invoice from my auditor, the bill as belows:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;audit fee=RM2k&lt;br /&gt;printing &amp;amp; stationery=RM100&lt;br /&gt;travel expenses=RM100&lt;br /&gt;service tax=RM100&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total=RM2,300&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my accounting entry for audit fee of RM2k alr done at YE 2011 (Dr audit feeRM2k, Cr accrual RM2k).&lt;br /&gt;how should i record the printing&amp;amp;stationery,travel,service tax expenses in Apr?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;is it i can do as below?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1st&lt;br /&gt;Dr printing &amp;amp; stationery RM1oo&lt;br /&gt;Dr travel expenses RM100&lt;br /&gt;Dr service tax RM 100&lt;br /&gt;Cr Accrual RM300   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;         or&lt;br /&gt;2nd&lt;br /&gt;Dr Accrual RM2k    &lt;br /&gt;Dr printing &amp;amp; stationery RM1oo&lt;br /&gt;Dr travel expenses RM100&lt;br /&gt;Dr service tax RM 100&lt;br /&gt;Cr Other Creditor RM2,300 ? &lt;!--emo&amp;:stars:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And when i make the payment,&lt;br /&gt;Dr Accrual RM2,300/other creditor&lt;br /&gt;Cr Bank RM2,300&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PLEASE HELP ME&amp;#33;&amp;#33;  thanks. which one whould be correct way? 1st or 2nd? &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
