How can I help these kittens.

Hi, during last few weeks, we are away from our house. And when we got back, our backyard, with an old unused washing machine, has become the place where a pregnant cat deliver and feed her babies kittens. We thought she will bring her kittens to other place she found as we do signal and noise to ask them leave. She seems get it and moves away after that, and I never saw her coming in again. Just running pass by the road.

I though she has brought the kitten to other places, but she didnt! She left them at there.

Now there are 4 kittens hiding under the washing machine, I am not sure what to do with them.

Anyone would want to adopt a stray kitten ? And how do they know they are free from disease or how can we help them to prevent them from disease ? vaccines and etc ?

I am not a pets owner and never have any dogs or cats before. I wish to know is this workable ? will anyone want to adopt a stray kitten / cats ? As I see most people will rather buy from pets shop, as they look good and clean.

I have no clues here.. please advise and I am whole new to this pets wonderland thingy.

Thanks alot

How can I help this cat ?

Few days ago a cat came to our house. She seems like been abandoned or lost, as she is not afraid of human beings and not able to find foods. I saw on her paws, on of her left carpal pad is black. Is this a serious issue?

I didn't have any pets before, currently I am feeding her with cat food and she seems liked it, I guess she is used to this type of food. I am trying to find back her owner, but right now I think I will like to give her a bath, as I afraid they might be "kutu" on her. Where can I find pet bathing service ? I am in Kinrara area, and how much would it cost ?

Where does the stamp duty go ?

Hello all,

when we all are buying properties / applying mortgage loan, we pay a huge amount of Stamp Duties.

With the price boom increasing in property in this 2-3 years, increase in number of transaction. I believe there is a huge increase in the Stamp Duty collected. But the question, where does the money go ? State Gov ? Federal Gov ? Town council ?

And with this money, why our Gov. still implying that our country will be bankrupt soon ?

Anyone has any idea ?

Hi all,

I am currently using C2D Q8200, with stock Intel Heatsink & fan. And I use Cooler Master ThermalFusion 400.

The temperature I got for each core is around 58C. Have tried fix the heatsink fan, make sure it is properly set.

Now I think I want to get a new HSF, any good recommendation ? Prefer not too big as the NorthBridge HeatSink is near there also.

Budget will be around RM100-250.

Thank you so much.

Remove walls of a room, to make space bigger

Hello all,

I have a property in Shah Alam, landed 2-storey link house.

I am now thinking to remove one or two walls of a room on the ground floor in the house, to make the house even more spacious.

Still thinking whether to remove it fully, or left some of it, like to the waist height.

Do I need to get the permit from the local council (MBSA). It doesn't involve extension on the external, or external structure changes.
Just simply remove and rebuilt some walls / partition.

And if I need the permit, where can I get the plan for approval ? I need to hire a draughtsman to draw it ?

Anyone have similar experience to share?

Thank you very much.
