Water ponding at corridors of a new condo

Hi all, need your input or advice. I was thinking to buy a condo. But, it has a problem as below:-

I've visited a newly VP condo (7 months), it was a rainy day.

After the rain stopped, there are serious water ponding (maybe some called it as "flood"?) at the corridors of EVERY floors I've visited...and there are algae on the walls

a unit in highest floor also have water ponding INSIDE the unit, No idea why there's a water inside (not from wall)...

1. Could these water ponding issues at corridors have any effect on the building (structure) in long term or it's something can be fixed?

Hi all...
First of all I've signed up with a body checkup plan with a hospital today for RM7,000.
But, it could be cancelled and refunded fully in 10 days...

However, I noticed the price of each checkup is quite high (at about RM1,200)
and they claimed other hospitals are charging at RM 3,000+...
Any idea?

Then, they also mentioned such comprehensive checkup no need do every year...
only have to do once in 2 years time...
Is this logical?

The comprehensive checkup (RM1,200) includes the following...
ECG, Stress test, lipid studies, lung function test, chest x-ray, fasting blood glucose, ABO grouping, Rhesus typing, full blood examination, serum iron test, liver function test, serum uric acid, Thyroid assessment, hepatitis screening, HIV I & II antibody, Cancer Screening (alpha fetoprotein, prostate specific antigen, carcinoembryonic antigen, CA 19-9, ultrasound on abdomen & pelvis...

Have i been conned for such price?
or where would have a better and more comprehensive test at cheaper or similar price?

Under Probation entitled to claim medical fee?

So...how?

coz I went to the clinic yesterday...
and thought of claim the medical fee...
but my assistant manager asked me to check my appointment letter...

I looked at the letter...
damn...
there's a line..."Under probation period no Medical Fee entitled"...

but my father told me that..."it's against the labour law!"(he's sick...which makes him very emotional)
so...can somebody clarify that?
do I have the right to claim the medical fee eventhough I'm under probation(going to be 2 months in the next few days)?

how to keep earphone\headphone at best condition?

Hi...
I've used 2 earphones...
1 is coming from the mp3 player...is a senheiser earphone I think...
but then after 1 year...there's only sound coming out from 1 side of the earphone...
not long later(few days)...no sounds coming out on either side of the earphone...

then I bought another earphone...(cheap 1)...
after about 6 months...it oso become "1 sided" earphone...

I'm not sure what's the problem...
could be because the life span of the earphone itself...

or maybe it's the way i keep the earphone...
because...
example...when I'm not listening on my mp3 player...i will hold my earphone like this...(my mp3 player is clip on my pants\jeans) and put inside the pocket...

I'm thinking to buy a creative ep-630 earphone on the next pc fair...
but scare that...it will be spoil like the last 2 earphones I have...

plz...could some audiophiles here tell me...
is it the way I keep the earphone...or is it the life span of an earphone is originally short...

if it's the way I keep the earphone...that makes the earphone to stop working...
then...what's the right way to keep an earphone...?when not using...(when you at outside\not at home)

I've just graduated in Bachelor of Accounting...

personally...
I want to work in Internal audit...
but...I think to work in as internal auditor...we have to work few years in external audit first...no?
coz i don't like working in audit firms...is there anyway to get any internal audit job without going into external audit?

the other area i'm looking at is banking...
but I'm not really understand with the work in bank...
I found out that bank usually looking for somewhat like "sales mortgage"people...
personally...i dun like doing those "salesmen" thing...
coz i'm not really good in socialize with people...

but if in bank...i can get to do something which is related to what i've studied...should be alrite...

and I also looking for job which is related to Finance...
but I oso dun hav any idea with the work in finance...

hello...
i'm planning to buy a Creative Zen Neeon 2gb mp3 player...(because of the long battery life)
but recently...i found a website state that it's battery is unremovable...
so...does that means that if the battery is spoil...then there is no way to fix it...means i have to buy a new mp3 player?

Cos...i bumped in to some website...
it stated that the ipod shuffle battery is non-removable...where when the battery is spoil...there is no way to fix it...
