can't connect to network printer

not sure if this is the right forum but here it goes:

i can't connect to a Ricoh network printer in my office LAN, however i can connect to a HP network printer fine.
opening Ricoh printer's IP 192.168.2.202 in the web browser doesn't load anything, however i could load the HP printer's IP page fine at 192.168.2.201.
other computers can connect to the Ricoh printer fine.

i'm using a macbook air on the office wifi network, and i checked the my LAN IP is 192.168.3.50, could that be the problem? but then how come i could connect to the HP printer fine?

being a small office, there's basically no tech support and perlu makan sendiri, any help from the pros is highly appreciated.

in good condition except for some minor scratches at the bottom
comes with the original box and all the accessories

selling it for the latest MacBook Air as I want the lighter weight and longer battery life.
bought it for RM5,899, right now Mid 2014 model with similar specs sells for RM5,699 (may refer to Apple Malaysia Online Store)

price: RM4,700 (negotiable for serious buyers)

DiGi vs Maxis reception/coverage/service

i'm looking to subscribe to either digi or maxis for my company account, both their business plans are comparable, however maxis does provide 4g coverage and digi does not for smartphones (correct me if i'm wrong), in deciding between these two providers wanna ask people here their experience with their digi/maxis line, generally i still hear people complaining about digi's service/coverage, i wonder if that's still the case nowadays.

i myself am using digi and at some places in KL i always have dropped calls, voice breaking etc (my office )
wanna hear what people have to say.
