Hi all,

Would there be cases where the employee refused to sign the confirmation letter due to the disagreement of the terms and conditions offered in the letter?

If so, can the employer fire the employee ?

What are the options available to the employee?

And so I was about to finalize my a/c
Just when I thought everything seems to be smooth sailing my senior told me that the cash collection is short of 50 cents. It doesn't match with the record bla bla bla . So now I have to search for the 50 cents which is nowhere to be seen . Sigh. Seriously candiedotcom

So guys anyone has the same problem
Whenever I have something to buy, I will set a budget for myself (let say 500), but when the salesperson (normally those with good service attitude who really enthu in recommending their house product) never fail to let me exceed my budget. Whenever I stepped out of the shop, I felt regret of making such a purchase. (Yes my muka vr nipis type so feels bad to ask for a refund )
Always ended up buying something I don't want/ need in the first place. Sigh, there goes my hard earned money.
I guess I am way too easy to be convinced .
Any idea to be a more rational consumer?

So guys I nvr had a specs before
But ever since I started work, my eyes feel tired after facing pc for a long time. I know this is normal , so I want to buy a specs to protect my eyes from further damage. Can anyone tell me what's the price range for a normal specs?

He's a newbie same as me , but he's really good at bootlicking ,
as for me, I don't see the need to try so hard,
as for him,
first week of working already buy others lunch,

I know that some C believe in such a thing,
most businessmen rely alot on fortune teller,
such as feng shui, eight characters, palm reading, face reading etc,
has anyone of u have this kind of experience,
actually I am vr curious because for those who believe in such a thing always tell me that it is vr accurate,

u know for years suddenly changed their attitude or the way they used to treat u
eg : out of a sudden , he will buy u some gifts and treat u some big feast

So far I can only rule out 2 possibilities :
1.) He did something wrong and wants to make up for his mistake
2.) He needs ur help

As for me, so far I've noticed that
I have vr much lesser time for myself,
everyday my routine is almost the same
Leading a mundane life here
If only working is not the only way out to earn a living

So this year is the dragon year and many are rushing to have a baby which I really don't know why.
Some of my friends even getting married just to have a dragon baby. Come on la, it's not like those who born in dragon year are bound to success can. Can't stand all these nonsense even from those so called educated one.
Bill Gates , Steve Job, Warren buffet , Robert kwok, Li Jia Cheng etc ---I don't believe all of them born in the year of dragon.
