EPF Withdrawal for Buying House

Hi Sifus - wanna ask:

1. I am getting 2 property (New Undercon) projects at the same time, both granted loans as within ratio.
2. Plan to withdraw account 2 for the 1st time (i have not withdrawn before)
3. Can i withdraw for the 1st property (higher value) without any problem?
4. Or they will ask me to dispose property 1 first and then only can withdraw for property 2?
(But i think this is only applicable if property1, if EPF was withdrawn before, so not applicable in my case?)

Appreciate your comments - i tried asking EPF but they keep misunderstand that i need to get rid of my first property first.

Wanna get a used car under owner CIMB bank but CIMB say they dont deal / give direct loan to users. They only give to dealers and new cars.

WTA : Trying to get a Baby ..

Both my wife and i have been trying to get a baby for the past 2 years.

We got married back in 2010 - and now decided we are ready to have kids.

Recently started seeing a gynae and put wife on CLOMID which after 2 cycle didnt provide any strong results.

Hence now - PUREGON injection has been started recently - rather costly at RM200 per day 100 UI jab.

Just would like any successful couples or parents to share the journey of trying to get a child.

Now i see couples with kids - i am so envious of them.
