Should I take Diploma to Degree Mass Comm or ADP?

I want to take Mass Comm in SEGI KD. But, I don't know which to take either ADP or Diploma?? I wish to work at overseas. But, I don't know whether local certificate can work at overseas a not? Is SEGI certificate recognise by overseas? If my English is not that good, should I take ADP??

Any advice? Pls help

I have a few question to ask,

With a UTAR certificate, will i get secure for a job easily? Are UTAR graduates well sought by the industry and can find a job at overseas, for example, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, China and Japan, will i get an employement?

What is the different between Mass Communication and Broadcasting?
