laptop unable to run windows XP CD

i have a laptop with Windows XP in which i deleted NTDLL file accidentally. so, i tried to recover it by repairing the windows by using windows XP Pro SP2 CD. nevertheless, it stopped running after it copied the files and made the 1st reboot. it stops on the installation screen. i repeated few times but still cant make it work.
as a result, i cant boot into my windows already.

any idea what i can do apart from formatting and installing the OS all over again?

- for old man
- will be buying in perak ( price should be higher than KL normally)
- maintenance/spare parts (price)
- must be 10 years old or less.

Internal auditor or Information system(IS) auditor

i'll be graduating soon with a degree in accounting. when browsing through the company websites, i found that there're actually 2 types of Internal auditor.

i understand that internal auditor normally will be extended to professional qualification such as ACCA.
IS auditor on the other hand is keen to certified information system auditor.

i'm planning to take ACCA. is it useful i were to choose IS auditor as i also have basic knowledge in IS (LAN/home server/e-commerce/windows). the requirements in fact stated accountancy as one of the possible disciplines for the position.

where will it lead me to if i start my career as an IS auditor?

can support 1 stick of 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz?

does anyone encounter problem with 1 stick of Kingston DDR3 1333MHz on MSI 770-C45? i got bluescreen on boot up and it's a new RAM and sealed. however, i used 2GB Corsair on the same slot with no problem at all.

i got CMOS checksum bad the moment i boot up the system. using X4 955 C2 and MSI 770-C45 v1.1

1. replaced battery. no use.
2. checked everything else. no use.
3. load default BIOS settings. no use.

if i press F2 and it continues but bluescreen halfway.

i saw MSI website stating that v1.3 is required for X4 955 C2? so, BIOS update is necessary?

motherboard cant boot CD

i have a new motherboard that cant boot CD even though i changed the settings in BIOS. tried several bootable discs still the same. the drive is working well. i really have no idea what the problem is. there's also Intel Platform Administration Technology that requires a password to access but i dont know what it's. am i mislooking at something?

Modem: TM Riger (1 year+)
Router: Belkin Wireless G router (2 years+)
Firewall used: Windows 7

Problem details
First occurence of problem: not stable (wireless only)
Problem frequency: all the time
Problem description: i've been sharing my internet with my friends next house in an apartment. it's a small apartment where the size of 3 units roughly = 2 terrace houses.
initially, the line was very smooth whereby they can even watch PPS and hogged my speed tremendously wirelessly. however, nowadays the wireless is so unstable that those using wireless keep disconnecting constantly even though they're receiving the signals by 3-4 bars. those wired connected have no problem at all and everyone of us is just surfing websites, not even on youtube. i've tried the spare modem+wireless by TM and it's the same. nonetheless, wireless is stable at the late midnight when everyone is sleeping.

i'm wondering the real culprit of this issue.
1. router problem?
2. PC problem? 3 laptops at next house also have the same problem though.
3. Interference? as more people are moving into the apartments. (almost 20 different signals detected by wireless)

i've surveyed few models. these are the lowest prices i can find.

Canon is out as its 3 in 1 is too expensive.
HP Pro M1132 (RM399) ; CE285A (RM210 - 3000pages), drum is separated
Fuji Xerox WC3119 (RM399) ; toner + drum (RM240 - 3000 pages)
Brother DCP-7XXX (???); toner (RM170 - 2600pages), drum is separated
Samsung SCX4300 (RM470); toner (RM232 - ???? pages) not sure if drum is included

i wish that there're personal experience and information about these models or perhaps you could get cheaper than the prices stated. i'll appreciate it very much. thanks.

here is a stubborn virus. how to remove it? i've turned off system restore, deleted its subfolders and registry, full scan using Norton ( technically, it bypast norton). i can remove it by changing the owner of the folder in safemode but it pops out again when i restart.

How to retrieve data from corrupted harddisk

i have a corrupted harddisk and i managed to retrieve some files (pictures, songs etc). the problem is i can view those files by using Megaboot (i hope you know what's that) but i cannot view them in windows even though i enable 'show hidden files' . they're hidden files and do really exist in my harddisk by occupying the hardddisk capacity.

Details of the complaint : i bought a AMD Phenom e9150 from him. bent pin and he said can claim warranty even though i knew it cannot. ok. never mind. posted back to him but he never posted back to me although he said claimed it successfully. then i asked for refund of RM200. he didnt run away. he just ignored my calls and sms for this whole month. promised to refund several times but never received the money. now, i call him also no use. this fellar still continues to online like nothing.

Details of the complaint : i have a deal with seller, komodo on AMD 9150e. i paid for the processor on 19 May 2009 and he said he would post it the next day. he PM me the tracking code of Nationwide courier but i still havent received it. it's been 2 days. obviously he gave me a fake tracking code. couldnt reach him by sms and calling him. he didnt even reply my pm although he was online.
