Mainly looking around Kelana Jaya / Ara Damansara side since need to travel along LDP (Kepong ↔ Puchong quite often).

Budget below RM3k
Decent environment, not overly crowded
At least 2-room layout preferred

Azure Residences above Paradigm Mall seems very convenient.
Is it still a good choice now for it has been almost 10 years?

How’s the crowd, noise and lift situation there these days?
Any better PJ options within similar budget worth considering?

Planning to buy a 2-3 years old recon vehicle and I’m torn between the Porsche Cayman 2.5 and the Taycan 4S. Looking for insights on reliability, maintenance costs, driving experience, and resale value. Appreciate advice from anyone with experience owning these models.

Im really scared of taycan's battery and also depreciation…
Also solid state battery seems coming in 1 or 2 yrs.
good thing is whole family can enjoy together, 4 seater space. And also no excise duty tax
Considering budget within 400k.
2019 cayman, but for taycan can probably get 2021/22

I noticed this recent months, since CNY, there are in flood of tsing dao beer sellers everywhere. (Even from non-related field friends)
Why dont they just supply them to hypermarket.
I even get 2 carton free from my friend (who claims free from his boss). I am scared. is it genuine tsing dao beer, or fake beer? Feels very fishy, any inside information from supply-chain?

I haven't touch a single can, but only drank Heineken/Guinness bought from Hypermarket.

maxis DSL

It is 2015 and yet no fibre network is being built at this area, Puchong Batu 14. I have faced numerous issues while trying to register a highspeed broadband. Eventually found out that this area is covered only by maxis, no other fixed line ISP can access the area.

I proceeded to registering the DSL line, named as iLink under Maxis.
Due to the limited speed of 3mbps, I decided to register 4 lines.

The account names are as follow:
-MR BRIGHT LAUNDRY, 1933457325 , credit limit RM 300.00
-MR BRIGHT LAUNDRY, 1936716867 , credit limit RM 900.00

Your installer came and installed the telephone line for me, he claims that the line is 50 meter long. After haggling through, the charges are as follow:
4 phone line - RM 800
switcher and networking - RM 350

This installation costs me a total of RM 1150.
He left and without giving me the 4 user ID and passwords, even after I tried requesting for a couple of days.
My men has also checked that only 3 line is working, and they are far from the claimed package speed at all. Attached below are the sms proves of conversation, my shop front and the package that I registered for. The installer's name is Mr. Kumar.

I do not think it is reasonable to have me pay the monthly charges starting on October 2015, because up to today (6 Oct 2015) I still didn't get my User ID and password. What's more revolting is that he charged me a total of RM 1150.
I have tried to ask again at 7 Oct. And the technician still hasnt Send me my passwords and Username.

I would really appreciate that your company would take immediate action to solve my problem as this is a 2 years contract under my name and a faulty services and product is delivered to me.

Maxis responded my email:
"Hi and thanks for dropping us a feedback.
Let us check on this & come back to you within 1 working day, if not sooner."

But I get no response whatsoever.
