problem with my internet connection

i am recently registered to the new streamyx package RM77 included modem router. i am currently using the streamyx included modem router ( billion ). after i activated my streamyx account n key in my username n password, i cant browse my internet.( i am using a streamyx cd 2 key in the username n password ) BUT after i installed the lan pppoe things from a cd given with the modem router, i can browse the internet BUT must dial everytime i switch on the modem router. isnt tat my streamyx package doesnt need 2 dial up n it can browse internet directly? wats my problem?
