Question about DHL Repacked Stickers

This is my first time using DHL to courier documents from KL to Singapore.

However, upon reaching the recipient in Singapore, the DHL envelope was stick with repacked stickers.

I'm just worried of data breach as documents send were birth certs , credit cards and driving license.

You can see that someone cut the envelope accurately.

Is this normal ?

Modem: RT=N14UHP

Hi guys ! I would like to seek you guys help in his matter. I try to do a summary so this will be easy to understand.

1) Internet access is allright when using ethernet cable. If using wifi sometime yes sometime no. (The issue is here) Once the internet is ok, and i leave my laptop for long, it will turn back to limited access again.

2) A quick check from the troubleshooting when connected to wifi is " The DNS server isn't responding " thus showing the sign limited connectivity.

3) Need to wait probably up to an hour or two and the wifi miraculously works again. During the downtime, laptop can't be used, however phone which connected to the wifi can be used. I assume is my laptop issue here.

Solution tried :-

1) Flush DNS
2) Restart Router and Modem
3) Restart laptop (still can't connected to the internet)

Appreciate your expertise in this. If this is not detail enough, let me know the information you need so i can provide it to you.

i need help on who i can refer to on this matter.

Name of company will not be mentioned here.

Summary

1) buy rm 4 item. Give RM 50 and hope for exact change. end up less RM 10 one keping given.
2) next visit , gf buy potato chips, give RM 50 and same things happen again.
3) my next visit , i purposely test the cashier again. Same things happened.
4) All is different cashier.
5) Today... bought a potato chips and a mineral water, tekan with calculator and not with the cashier machine. No receipt given. Sales should be RM 6.10 . Tekan in calculator and tell me is RM 7.10. Ask for receipt and they told me printer rosak.

So who i can complaint to for this matter. I can imagine how much money they can steal from every customer which walk into this outlet.

JOHOR BARU: Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar of Johor left for the 223rd meeting of the Conference of Rulers in Kuala Lumpur, which begins on Wednesday, by a train which he drove himself.

The Sultan, accompanied by palace officials, departed JB Sentral at 9.15am by the KTM commuter Ekspres Rakyat, carrying nearly 350 passengers.

A KTM statement said the Sultan would drive the train up to Kluang station, where he will take a rest.

He will resume to drive the train at Seremban and will be at the wheel until the train reaches KL Sentral.

This is the second time the Sultan has driven a passenger train since passing his locomotive driving licence after a three-day expedition last year.

The Sultan will be shown KTM’s latest electric train at KL Sentral.

The KTM electric train service plies the Seremban-Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh route with locomotives travelling up to 160km per hour.

i start first..

since the person i love like teddy bears.. so i will hang it on the neck of the teddy bear .. the teddy bear must have a cloth on so that the ring can hide inside ... and i write sweet notes on the paper that cut as a love shape and put it at the teddy bear heart ...

then the next thing is just wait for her call and let her be surprised when she bring it home..

i think i saw one advertisement that u can transfer money from a person fix line which using maxis into your prepaid number..

external harddisk sata 3.5 inch

my case

my computer, i use my friend 3.5 inch external hard disk on my cpu... sometimes it can detect .. but sometimes can't .. when it can detect tat time, while i transfering large amount of gb to my cpu.. it will hang sometimes... i have to keep plug in n out in n out.. in the end.. my motherboard fried !! i dunno y..but i noe most probably is because of this hard disk... but i use it in my laptop.. it works fine..

second case..

i transform my cpu SATA hard disk into external hard disk because the mobo fried !
as usual.. i use it on my second cpu ... it can detect also..same as the first case, but nothing will pop up.. everything will hang there... even i click on safely remove hardware.. the thing dun wan appear... then i switch off my external hard disk.. everything works fine again for the cpu...

and use it on the laptop.. it works fine...

so anyone can help me ???

will it be possible for me to convert my hard disk into external hard disk by buying the casing..

second question will be

if yes, do i need to format the hard disk so that it can readable in other computer ??

Is this consider pet's cruelty ?

ok .. there is my neighbour who just recently get this dog as their pets. i wan to make sure can i comfirm this as animal cruelty or is this not ??

CASE

The couple seldom at home and i hardly see them in their house. They tied the dog outside all the time and the dog go no where to run..The dog onli got his cage and a pet's string tie to his neck .. Worst part is the dog is wearing this head protector or something .. i not sure what is the use for but is a con around its head. I saw it last one month ago the dog wear it until now. Until now.. i sometimes when i back in the middle of the night.. i saw the dog keep on scratching the head protector to take it off.... Personally .. i feel like the owner want the dog wear it so that the dog can't escape as their dog is small and can walk through the gate... i staying @ home for long time as i having holiday now. Every morning , afternoon and even at night.. the dog keep on barking for attention .. u can feel it how the way he bark.. Even there is no anyone around .. the dog keep on barking oni..

i feel sorry for the dog as everytime i only see the owner shout to the dog before go out.. SIT ... QUIET !!! i only see the owner bring the dog out once a week at night .. night walk i suppose..

What's in my mind is .. dog needs carring too.. why the owner noe they have no time to take care of the dog , they still want to keep it..

The question now is can i report this problem to authority ?? if they can do something about it.. i will write a notice to the owner to take care of the dog in a propper way.. if not i will report this matter to the person in charge..

can i really report this ?? or am i just busy body... i just can't help looking at the dog suffer mentally..

last time there a thread in LYN that say follow the step on Release Windows Internet Bandwith

something like that .

the thread say that windows is keeping a certain rate of percentage when using internet and it show how to release all the bandwith from the windows.... i follow it last time and do it.. but in the end nothing happened.. now i wan to change it to default back...

i wish there is someone out there understand what i trying to say here.. coz i can't find back the thread.. don't noe which wan d... pls help .. thank you

my os got little bit of problem.. which is the networking part... i can't open my internet firewall setting... the reason the pc give me is.. due to an identified problem, your pc cannot open internet firewall settings.. so the idea here is.. opening from the network connection is totally can't..

now.. is there any other ways or command that i can use to disable my firewall ??
