screen tearing on sapphire hd 7850

hi,

I just bought sapphire hd7850 OC..so i tried to adjust the graphic setting. i played on LG LED hdtv 23" with 1080p 60hz . The graphic screen seem tearing and i can see some spike on the grapic. but when i change anti-liasing from very high to high i didnt encounter the screen tearing, but when i changed it to very high the problem appeared back.

Is it my graphic card faulty or the setting not correct??someone please help.

my pc spec:

CPU=core i3-3220 3.3Ghz
GPU=sapphire hd 7850 OC
MO = gigabyte z77m-d3h
RAM= 4g ddr3
power supply = aerocool e80-600 600W.
display=LG LED hdtv 23".
